Hey, Hey Streemie's, Went to my Physical Therapy today and the news wasn't good. My shoulder is always swollen and the muscles are always tight. They say that Therapy isn't working in their opinion. Two more weeks of Therapy and then we see how it goes but the next step is surgery. About to watch the Newest Total Recall movie. Looks pretty good. Played some @splinterlands tonight. Got some new exercises to do but they have found that my shoulder is very swollen and are a bit concerned.
